In this community, there are over 3,000 residential units housing more than 9,000 residents. These residences were constructed starting in 1998 and continuing through present day. Students across this subdivision attend the Issaquah School District from pre-K through 12th grade. They start their educational journey at Grand Ridge Elementary, which is the only school directly within the neighborhood space. The remainder of their education happens outside the boundaries of the subdivision with most schools in the Klahanie area.

Depending on their residence location, students move on to either Issaquah Middle School, Maywood Middle School, or Pacific Cascade Middle School for 6th grade. In 9th grade, they switch to Issaquah High School where they work toward graduation.
